Area manager - Northern Europe (H/F)

As Area Manager, you will hold a strategic position at the core of our growth. Your mission is to expand our network of partner marinas and ensure an exceptional experience for our community.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Account Management: You are responsible for selling our booking system to marinas. You will manage the entire partner lifecycle: from prospecting and technical onboarding to administrative and strategic follow-up.
Partner Success (B2B): As a privileged point of contact, you will support marinas daily to meet their needs and optimize their use of Navily.
Community Support (B2C): During the high season (April to October), you will interact directly with our boaters. You will guide them through the app and handle inquiries via our online support.
In summary: This role is an exciting blend of Business Development, Account Management, and Customer Relations. It is a unique opportunity to manage a market from A to Z within a growing industry leader.
While missions are primarily carried out from our Nice offices, you will also travel regularly to your assigned market and attend major professional boat shows.
